I placed orders for cards, both of which were lost. Your company sent a new shipment but has not confirmed they are replacing the full order.

In addition, the tracking number provided says no shipment is associated with it.

Has there been a problem with production this year?

I have not gotten a clear response from customer support and am hoping you can intervene.
